Terms and condition
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our Online Course Management System ("Platform"), operated in accordance with Egyptian law. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
- User: Any person who accesses or registers on the
Platform.
- Instructor: Any individual or entity offering courses on the Platform.
- Student: Any user enrolled in a course.
- Platform Operator: The legal owner or managing entity of the system.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have
parental/guardian consent.

- Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials.
- The Platform is not responsible for unauthorized access if you fail to secure
your account.
- Course materials are the intellectual property of their
respective instructors unless otherwise stated.
- Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without
explicit permission.
- The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates Egyptian
law or Islamic cultural standards.
- Payments must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), US Dollars
(USD), Euros (EUR), or other accepted currencies as stated on the Platform.
- All payments are processed securely.
- Refunds, if applicable, follow the Platform’s Refund Policy and are subject
to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
- No user may use the Platform to promote violence, hate, or
illegal activity.
- Instructors and students must maintain a respectful learning environment.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior
notice.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with
Egyptian Data Protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

- The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free service.
- The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from course
content, instructor behavior, or student conduct.
- Under Egyptian law, certain liabilities cannot be excluded, and those will be
honored.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or Egyptian legal regulations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by Egyptian courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use implies acceptance.
